We are looking for a Weighbridge Administrator / Receptionist to strengthen the team during the summer. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and service are crucial for the operation to function effectively.

The role primarily involves managing the weighbridge for incoming and outgoing vehicles with materials, as well as working operationally to support daily activities in administrative processes, such as document handling, registry maintenance, and deviation management. You will receive RagnSells customers both on-site and via telephone. The role also involves receiving drivers who come to the facility with materials to be weighed and administered.

Period: Immediate start – end of August

Location: Västerås

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00-16:00

You will be employed by SC Transport Sweden, which is part of StudentConsulting Group.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education
• Has experience in administrative work
• Is experienced in working with Excel and various business systems
• Is computer literate
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English

As you will be the face of the company, you must be social and service-oriented, and able to work in a structured, careful, and independent manner. Experience from the waste, recycling, or transport industry is an asset.
